The Challenge: Un-doing the baby space

As a design and research consultant, I worked with Plum to discover unmet needs in family nutrition, and identify market opportunities that meet parents' needs for simplicity and convenience without compromising their families' health and well being.

Investigation: Formula and Early Nutrition

One project with Plum Organics was an exploration into baby formula. Plum saw an opportunity for expansion in the formula space, and came to me to explore the potential. I interviewed dozens of parents, shopped numerous baby food aisles and read more parenting blogs than a single guy probably ever should.

The Solutions: On-going

After investigating the landscape, I surfaced insights and outlined promising opportunity areas and product concepts to align with the Plum brand.
